am aware that the City of Avon has subscribed to an alert system known as
CodeRED. The City of Avon may use the
alert system to communicate with the public in cases where prompt notice to
protect life, health or property is advantageous.
I
acknowledge that the alert system known as CodeRED is provided by the City of
Avon and is provided as a service to the residents by the City of Avon.
As
such, the City of Avon, its officers, agents and employees enjoy immunity when
providing the CodeRED alert system services.
I
choose to be placed on the DO NOT CALL list for all CodeRED alerts issued by
the City of Avon. By signing this
release, I waive all claims against the City of Avon and CodeRED, their
officers, agents and employees in the event that members of my household, my
property or myself are adversely affected in the absence or timely notice of
any event.
